Accuracy of Details
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, please remember facilities and services may alter. The Glen Hotel can not be held responsible for any changes that arise or errors that may occurr. All other details are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, we cannot be held responsible for changes which occur from time to time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received within 48 hours of that reservation date. If cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.Â
Cancellation of a function must be received at least two weeks prior to the event. If cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for expenses incurred associated with the function. A full detailed summary of expenses incurred will be provided should cancellation not be received in accordance with the above.
We do not generally require a deposit. However, we may request payment in advance for facilities provided, e.g. Golf Vouchers, Event Bookings, etc or any reason where an advance outlay is involved. This is at the discretion of the hotel.
We do require a deposit of 50% x total cost of stay when 5 or more rooms are booked by a single party. This deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.

Room Occupancy Levels
All displayed rates and services are intended for 1 person for a single room, 2 persons for a double or twin room and 3 persons for a triple room or family room reservation.
Guest Privacy
We respect all of our guests' right to privacy whilst staying at the hotel and we expect that guests shall at all times respect the privacy and comfort of other guests staying at the hotel. Should a guest or guests repeatedly ignore requests for respecting the comfort of other guests they will be requested to leave the hotel.
Only registered guests of the hotel are permitted to stay in the rooms. Any person found to be staying without a reservation will be asked to leave immediately.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in at the hotel is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is required by 10am weekdays and 10:30am at weekends.

Pets Welcome
Although we are a pet friendly establishment we do require notice at time of booking if a guest intends bringing their pet along. We reserve the right to refuse the bringing of a pet.
Our standard policy for pets staying at the hotel includes;
No pets are to be left in the guest room alone.
Pets are not allowed onto the beds at any time.
Pets are not allowed in the Bar/Dining area whilst guests are dining. No pets are allowed into the Dining Area section at any time.
It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure other guests' comfort and privacy is respected at all times.
